Subscription / Payment / Account
All of our subscription plans can be purchased from our website via a credit or debit card with American Express/Discover/MasterCard/Visa or via PayPal with payment due in full at time of purchase
You will need to register for an account in order to purchase any of our products. Once you have registered for an account or if you already have an account
- 1. Log in to your The Hagwon account
- 2. Find the All Access Pass subscription plan menu either on the ACT or the SAT page, and browse through the plan details.
- 3. Select the plan you wish to purchase
- 4. You will be directed to the Checkout page.
- 5. Follow the payment steps provided by our global payment gate Paymentwall.
- 6. Enter your Billing address and credit/debit card information
- 7. Verify that the correct plan is chosen and click Purchase
- 8. A receipt will automatically be sent to your registered email address
If you complete your purchase but do not receive a receipt, please contact us at support@thehagwon.com
Your subscription begins from the moment of purchase.
Currently, we do not offer the option to change your subscription during the subscribed period. Should you have a need to change your subscription, please contact us as we will make our best effort to evaluate your case.
Your subscription plan and period can be found on your 'My Account' - Profile page. You can also see your entire billing history under the 'Billing' tab.
No. Unless we update our subscription policy and make it clear to our users, The Hagwon does not currently have an automatic renewal option for any subscription period.
If you have lost or forgotten your password, simply go to our Sign-In page and click on the 'Lost your password?' link. You can enter your email and we'll send you an email to reset your password.
You can change your username or password on your 'My Account' - Profile page.
Though we evaluate all refunds on a case-by-case basis, please understand that the nature of our All Access Pass subscription makes it difficult to evaluate the specificity of refund terms. Please submit your refund requests to support@thehagwon.com, and we'll make our best efforts to accommodate your requests
